Many sites generate new sentences or fragments live by inserting numbers, dates, times or other variable information while the visitor is viewing the page. These dynamic sites often use content management software, and all CMS have limited localization capabilities for text that inserts variable information. These limitations cause extended development time, code changes and time loss for developers as they add new language sentence constructions.
Token internationalization
Developers design their site by inserting 'tokens' where variable information will be inserted when the visitor changes a field or selects an option. However, these tokens are inserted in a manner that will not produce correct results in many other languages, such as:
